THE ROYAL PARENTS OF THREE GO ON THE ROAD TO SHARE THEIR DREAM OF 'A HAPPIER, HEALTHIER WORLD'

Seven years ago, along with Prince Harry, they launched their mental health campaign, Heads Together. Now, the Prince and Princess of Wales, both 41, have taken their vision for building “a happier, healthier world” on the road. Here, Hello! accompanies the royal couple on a three-day tour that sees them get candid about their own experiences and the tools they use in their day-to-day lives.

DAY 1: HUMOUR 

At Birmingham’s Factory Works, Prince William and Kate hosted a youth summit, “Exploring Our Emotional Worlds,” where the princess gave a heartfelt speech, watched proudly by her husband of 12 years.

“Mental health is something we both care deeply about,” Kate began. “Back in 2016, we launched Heads Together, a campaign supported by so many wonderful partners that helped break the stigma around mental health and encouraged more people to have everyday conversations about it.

“Today, more people feel empowered to talk about their mental health than ever before,” she told the young delegates, all of whom were under 25. “This is a major step forward...Ultimately, we are working to build a happier, healthier world. We want to shape fairer, safer, kinder, more equal societies that seek the common good and a better future together.”
