Bush, was in cahoots with Liberia's evil tyrant Charles Taylor a monster convicted in 2010 of war crimes and crimes against humanity who killed, enslaved, mutilated and raped countless numbers of his own people and others in next-door Sierra Leone.

The monster racked up 100,000 victims during his brief but brutal five years as the country's boss from 1998 to 2003.
