In a chilling post to the mysterious General SVR Telegram channel, sources inside Russia's usually secretive power structure say the virus is only one of many options on the table aimed at triggering a “global crisis” in the event that Putin's regime weakens, threatening the pint-sized kingpin's dictatorship.
