ALBERT the alligator — an 11-foot beast confiscated by authorities in March from a private residence in upstate New York amid claims of neglect — was shipped to a Texas wildlife park, leaving his original owner heartbroken!

Tony Cavallaro denies ever mistreating his scaly sidekick of nearly 34 years — and accuses Albert’s new caretakers at Gator Country Adventure Park of using the 750-pound critter as a money-generating circus freak!

“It’s disgusting,” he gripes.

The guy says he’s a sleepless wreck without the reptile he raised from a hatchling — and says images from TV tell him Albert is just as miserable!
