MARTIAL ARTS master Chuck Norris is still knocking 'em down at the ripe age of 84, say insiders, thanks to daily tough workouts that would leave a 20-year-old gasping for air and special meals that keep him rock hard and strong.
The actor, a black belt in Tang Soo Do, Brazilian jiujitsu and judo, was 32 when he battled the legendary Bruce Lee in 1972's The Way of the Dragon, and now, 52 years later, is socking baddies in the new action thriller Agent Recon.
And he doesn't just win on the screen, notes an insider, adding: “He's kicking everyone's butt who trains with him.
