Desperate quizmaster Ken Jennings has hired a comedy coach to help him beat rival co-host Mayim Bialik, but his recent “cringeworthy” quip about old folks has put him in Jeopardy, a source tells GLOBE!
On the Nov. 9 episode of the Champions Wildcard tournament, contestant Jen Jazwinski noted the folks at her granny’s assisted living home stood and cheered when she originally won.
The 49-year-old Jennings couldn’t help but quip: “That’s great! Standing up: not easy for all those people, I would assume.”
