Monolithisch India Ltd has successfully completed its acquisition of Mineral India Global Private Limited (MIGPL), which is now a wholly owned subsidiary. This follows shareholder approval obtained on November 8, 2025, in accordance with Section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations.
