Backed by a global education and frontline experience in healthcare management, she is redefining the hospital's trajectory—from a pioneering orthopaedic and trauma center to a multispecialty powerhouse with a deepening focus on homecare. Armed with an MBA in Marketing from Christ College, Bengaluru, and dual master’s degrees in Health Administration and Health Education from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia, Anisha built her early career not in India but in the competitive healthcare environment of the United States. There, she ran business and operations for healthcare organizations, sharpening her expertise in efficiency, patient experience, and care delivery systems. Certified in Six Sigma for Healthcare, she carries more than five years of American healthcare management experience —a grounding that now informs every move she makes at HOSMAT. “I wanted to ensure that when I stepped into this role, it wasn’t just about continuity—it was about credibility. I had to earn the right to lead by learning, failing, and growing in the toughest environments before bringing that knowledge back home,” Anisha
