Is there still a crisis of talent shortage and how are you coping with it?
With the increasing evolution of technology and automation, the availability of talent has become an increasing concern for businesses. In order to address this issue, companies must invest in skills training programs and look for innovative ways to attract top talent.

HARMAN has recently launched several programs to attract and bring the right talent to the company. Boomerang is one such program where we encourage HARMAN alumni to join back, and we are seeing some good response there. RelnventHer is another one where we are encouraging women to get back to work after they have taken career breaks.

To ensure we have a ready talent pool to meet current and future business requirements, HARMAN has its inhouse platform called SKILLUP focusing on reskill, upskill and cross-skill on a continuous basis.
