Rajmal Nahar, President, Real Estate Projects, Reliance Industries, works tirelessly to bring incredible and unimaginable projects to life

BIG NOISE IN THE HALLS OF FAME

Perhaps the only conglomerate in the country who enter into any venture on a grandiose and monumental scale. Any project or investment it does, must be largesse for Reliance Industries. For that matter, the corporate recently announced its intention to enter the commercial real estate space.

In recent times, Reliance Industries' reputation touched a new zenith with the opening of the Jio World Centre. Of course, there are several multiple projects ongoing that are equally gigantic and in different forms. In charge of all this is Rajmal Nahar, President, Real Estate Projects, Reliance Industries.

His dedication and passion is visible when he speaks intensely of his deep involvement in each and every step of the project and how he collaborates with the huge team that is working on multiple projects simultaneously. Forget the team at home alone, Nahar has instituted a policy of working with large global companies who bring in their expertise while adding vitality to the project. He says, "The projects that we have completed will bring fame to our city. It is rewarding for me and I believe that we need to give back to society more than we have received."

IMAGINING THE UNIMAGINABLE

Colossal projects like Jio World Centre (JWC) require avantgarde tools and a highly efficient team. Moreover, today's modern projects have too many checklists to meet to adhere to zero emissions and meeting ESG norms. Nahar says, "The Jio World Centre project is one of its kind in the country. It has been designed by international architects, structural and engineering consultants, and theatre, acoustic and audio-visual consultants. Overall, it has resulted in elegant spaces with great visual appeal."
