Studio Lotus has reimagined the heart of Chennai's largest IT park, DLF Cybercity, by designing Block 12 as a dynamic mixeduse community hub. Positioned as the central focal point of this Grade-A office space, Block 12 seamlessly blends the professional environment with vibrant social spaces, creating an inviting destination for both office-goers and visitors. The design thoughtfully integrates varying architectural elements- from the sleek dark tones of the office block's curtain-wall glazing to the container box cladding of the Amenity Block-resulting in a distinctive identity that enhances the overall campus while offering a lively and engaging experience.

Block 12, the pulsating heart of DLF Cybercity in Chennai's leading IT SEZ, emerges as a vibrant destination, seamlessly blending work and play. Conceptualized as the central hub of this sprawling Grade-A office space, the design was crafted through a close collaboration with the client, ensuring that every amenity was thoughtfully placed to enhance the synergy between the amenity block and the office block.
