In the period under consideration for analysing and computing the financials for the Most Valuable CEOs list the past four financial years Bimal Dayal was the CEO and Managing Director of Indus Towers. The company announced on 28 July that Dayal had resigned but his last working day was 'under consideration' at the time of filing this report.

He took over as CEO of Indus Towers in 2016 and went on to establish processes and practices with the aim to enhance performance and achieve sustained growth.
