Just a comfortable stay and good food is insipid now. Today, modern-day travellers seek personalised hospitality, immersive and authentic stays that leave a lasting impression.

Over the years of being a hotelier and an avid traveller, I have witnessed the traditional transactional approach evolve into a more personalised approach where hotels strive to create an emotional connection with the guests, going beyond meeting their basic needs, aiming to make them feel valued. While hospitality was still unfolding the layers of intuitive service and genuine care, the world swiftly moved towards experiential stays, where every journey is expected to become a remarkable experience.
