What was the problem you were grappling with?

When we started our business in 2004, our biggest focus was to build our own Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS). By 2011-12, we faced a unique challenge-our platform was hosted on servers that were deployed on-premises. This led to higher platform stability issues due to the high volume of transactions we were processing every month. We had to overcome this issue to meet our growth ambitions.
