PRAVEEN AND NAVEEN JAISWAL, co-founders of Vehere, have redefined cybersecurity with their AI-driven solutions. In this conversation, Praveen Jaiswal, who is also the COO, discusses partnering with defence and intelligence agencies to safeguard global enterprises and the vision to create a global cybersecurity benchmark

"TRANSFORMING CYBERSECURITY WITH VISIBILITY & REAL-TIME DEFENCE"

Praveen, what inspired you to venture into cybersecurity, and how has the journey as a founder shaped your perspective on the industry?

Vehere’s journey started around 2006, when my brother Naveen and I, with a passion for technology, began building cutting-edge cyber network intelligence technology. Our dedication and technical expertise caught the attention of the intelligence, national security set-up & Ministry of Defence of India, who entrusted us with joint R&D programmes for mission-critical systems. This significant partnership solidified our position in the cybersecurity industry, proving our ability to deliver security at scale.

We emerged as a go-to new-age cybersecurity software company specialising in AI cyber network intelligence. We have supported cyber counter-terrorism analysts in defence and intelligence communities for over a decade. We are trusted by cyber analysts in global Fortune 500 companies, including telecom, financial institutions, and smart cities, to protect their critical infrastructure against real-time cyberattacks.

Despite its growth trajectory, this space is very challenging. What were your experiences like?

Looking back, the challenges were merely stepping stones in our journey to dominance. Sure, the market was nascent in 2006, with Israeli companies holding sway. But we, two brothers with a vision, saw an opportunity, not an obstacle.

We weren’t just ‘breaking into’ the market, but we believed we were pioneering it. Our approach and commitment to excellence quickly set us apart. Convincing the most discerning clients, the top-tier defence and intelligence agencies, wasn’t easy. It required demonstrating an unparalleled level of trust and delivering as promised.
