Celebrating this very essence, the tenth edition of the BW People HR Excellence Awards and Horizon 2025 Conference, presented by Centurion University, brought together some of India's most distinguished people leaders and organisations on July 3 at Taj MG Road, Bengaluru. The event stood as a testament to the evolving role of HR, spotlighting pioneers in workforce innovation, digital agility, inclusive culture, and human-centric leadership.

The awards were presented across three broad segments - Lifetime Achievement Awards, organisational excellence categories, and individual honours recognising outstanding contributions in the field of human resources. The Lifetime Achievement Awards paid tribute to veterans who have significantly shaped the HR landscape over the years.
