In an exclusive interview with AgroSpectrum, Juzar Khorakiwala, Chairman and Managing Director of Biostadt Group of Companies and Chairman & President of Biological Agri-Solutions Association of India (BASAI) elaborates on the Indian crop protection industry and new opportunities in global markets. How is Biostadt contributing to the growth of the agri biological industry in India?

Biostadt's contribution to India's biological industry is rooted in its commitment to developing and delivering biotechnology-based, eco-friendly inputs to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. We, at Biostadt, are proud to be pioneers in developing and marketing seaweed extract-based bio-stimulants, which are non-chemical, nontoxic, and eco-friendly biological products. We have developed the unique, in-house fermentation technology, which extracts essential nutrients from seaweed to create high-quality bio-stimulants. Beyond products, we emphasise providing customised solutions and farm services while promoting environmentally friendly practices.
