The new GOMA Headquarters in Thane, spanning 75,000 sq ft, is a fitting workspace for a high-pressure engineering and process technology setup.
Its modern architectural design is defined by a clean, linear form covered in expansive glazing to support the daily functions it serves.
The building, located on a corner plot, is surrounded by rich flora that visually and climatically complements the architectural form. Each storey features a balcony at every corner, and a semi-open executive terrace expands visual links to the outdoors and provides breathing areas. The glass exterior maximises sunshine, while collapsable awnings and strategic façade orientation decrease heat gain, to create a stable indoor climate.
