The Mahindra Thar Roxx took home the 20th ICOTY crown, while the Aprilia RS 457 won the IMOTY trophy. The Premium Car Award was grabbed by the Mercedes-Benz E-Class LWB, while the MG Windsor EV won the Green Car Award.

The 20th edition of the Indian Car of the Year (ICOTY) and Indian Motorcycle of the Year (IMOTY) awards, often referred to as the 'Oscars' of the Indian automotive industry, honoured the Mahindra Thar Roxx as the Indian Car of the Year 2025 and the Aprilia RS 457 as the Indian Motorcycle of the Year 2025. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class LWB won the Premium Car of the Year award, whereas the MG Windsor EV was named Green Car of the Year by ICOTY.

While the Mahindra Thar Roxx secured the Indian Car of the Year 2025 title, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire and the Maruti Suzuki Swift finished as the first and the second runner-ups, respectively. This year's ICOTY featured eight contenders - the BYD eMax 7, Citroen Basalt, Mahindra Thar Roxx, Maruti Suzuki Swift, Maruti Suzuki Dzire, MG Windsor, Tata Curvy/ Curvy EV, and Tata Punch EV.

The Aprilia RS 457 claimed the Indian Motorcycle of the Year title, surpassing the Bajaj Freedom 125 and the Hero Xtreme 125R, which finished as the first and second runners-up, respectively.
