ASV track loaders lift performance to new heights
Earthmoving Equipment Magazine
|December 2024 - January 2025
ASV, the industry-leading brand of innovative and unique compact track loaders for more than 30 years, is set to release four new models into Australia in early 2025.
-
Sure to make an impact in the industry are the new generation RT-65 Posi-Track compact track loader; the VT-75 Posi-Track compact track loader; and the mid-sized VT-80 and VT-80 Forestry compact track loaders, all powered by Tier 4 Final Yanmar engines.
The RT-65 (radial lift)
This model is redesigned in every facet over its predecessor and brings numerous productivity, ease-of-use and performance benefits.
The midsize machine is ideal for contractors and owner-operators in the landscaping and construction markets.
It's in fact a brand-new radial-lift machine with new hydraulics, engine, controls, wiring, pumps, hoses, frame and more. The improvements maximise power from the compact track loader's 67.1-horsepower engine and optional 101 Ipm high flow.
A highly efficient hydraulic system and direct drive pumps transfer more flow and pressure directly to the attachment, resulting in a 907kg rated operating capacity 2591kg tipping load.
The VT-75 (vertical lift)
The vertical-lift, 74.3-horsepower machine excels in at-height work, loading trucks and many other tasks in construction and landscaping applications.
Filled with a variety of comfort and productivity features and technologies, the midframe compact track loader provides a premium experience while allowing operators to complete more work in more places.
Projects go more smoothly with the VT-75.
Like the RT-65, the 3769kg track loader's Yanmar engine transmits more power and flow directly to attachments.
A three-metre lift height combined with a 1043kg rated operating capacity and 2980kg tipping load makes jobs like loading over the side of high dump trucks an easy and productive task.
The VT-80 and VT-80 Forestry (vertical lift)
These vertical lift machines are designed to give operators the tools they need to excel in landscaping, construction and forestry applications.
