Pittsburgh-based artist Bakula Nayak held her month-long solo show at Blueprint12 art gallery in New Delhi, titled "I am ok. and other lies I tell". The exhibition started on October 12, 2022, and it featured a selection of drawings, paintings, photo collages and assemblages from Bakula's new body series that taps into large feminist discourses referencing patriarchal notions of physical beauty, gendered medical practices and limited access to care.
