Zuzana Gombosova’s journey with crafts began early, ingrained in her identity as a maker. “I have always been a creative person,” she reflects, recalling a childhood filled with designing and creating. After settling in India, Zuzana immersed herself in the subcontinent’s diverse traditional crafts, captivated by their material connections and cultural depth. This fascination birthed Malai, an endeavour blending traditional techniques with sustainable innovation, where she serves as Co-founder & Director.
