Completion: Phase 1 complete; Phase 2 ongoing As North India accelerates into its digital future, this isn't just a tower to work in—it's a structure to look up to. Here, commerce climbs skyward, sustainability is engineered into every layer, and community converges at a kinetic plaza—setting a new benchmark for high-rise design in the nation's business landscape

CYBERTHUM, NOIDA

Rising 285 metres above the NCR skyline, this commercial colossus isn’t just an architectural statement—it's a vertical urban vision. Spanning 26.8 acres in Noida's fast-evolving tech corridor, the development redefines scale and typology with one of India’s tallest commercial twin towers, a world-first suspended retail bridge, and a breathable double-skin façade.

Anchored in steel and glass but driven by light, airflow, and user experience, the structure seamlessly integrates innovation with intent. From a civic plaza pulsing with movement to an egg-shaped skyform suspended mid-air, every gesture speaks to ambition—not just of height, but of reimagined urban life.
