As you approach Kodalli's Residence, you're struck by the striking façade, defined by a sloping, exposed concrete roof and steel-framed windows.

The sculptural profile seamlessly merges with its natural surroundings, creating a harmonious blend between architecture and nature. Designed by Ashwin Architects, this modern retreat is a testament to thoughtful design and attention to detail.

CONNECTION AND CALM

You notice how the home balances bold architectural gestures with warm, intimate spaces. The earthy materials, tall trees, and carefully planned openings offer both shade and privacy while inviting in ample natural light.
