A property in the Pennines offers stunning scenery and smallholding opportunities plus connectivity

Todmorden is a vibrant Pennine town which proudly boasts some of the most ruggedly beautiful countryside that England has to offer. It’s a market town in West Yorkshire, located in the Upper Calder Valley, near the border with Lancashire. Todmorden is surrounded by high moorland, and it is a junction for east-west rail routes across the Pennines. It lies alongside the Pennine Way, Pennine Bridleway, Mary Towneley Loop and Calderdale Way and is popular for outdoor pursuits such as walking, horse riding, fell running, mountain biking and bouldering.
