NINE-YEAR-OLD Linck GE overcame his nervousness to give owner Harriet Horsfall wins in novice and elementary classes with personal best scores of over 72%.

“He's very genuine but gets nervous and seeks confidence from his rider,” said Harriet, who runs a livery yard in Todmorden, West Yorkshire, with her sister.
