Angelina Jolie isn’t letting a little thing like a legal custody agreement stop her from finally winning her war against her ex Brad Pitt.

Woman’s Day has learned that the actress has found a loophole to take their six children away from him permanently – by whisking them overseas to a secret compound in Africa before their father can make any moves to stop her.

Angelina, 44, hinted at her sneaky plan in a recent issue of Harper’s Bazaar, where she told of her latest endeavour – “breaking ground on a home in Africa” next year.

“I want the children to grow up in the world. Not just learning about it, but living in it,” she told the magazine.
