Shaken or stirred, with alcohol or a mocktail - when the sun's shining, it's time for a sip of something special
Sakura zing
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 75ml sake, 75ml gin and 75ml fresh pink grapefruit juice, then shake well. Strain into 2 cocktail glasses and garnish with rosemary sprigs or slices of fresh ginger. For a longer serve, top up with soda water.
Make it a mocktail For an alcohol-free version that has all the zing, shake together 75ml pomegranate juice, 75ml cherry juice and 75ml pink grapefruit juice, strain and garnish as above.
