The best aspect
As with Microsoft’s other offerings, the Surface Pro 7’s screen uses that slightly odd 3:2 ratio. It lets more text appear onscreen at once, offering users improved productivity… once they’ve gotten used to the unusual ratio.
When Microsoft first launched its own hardware, its partners were up in arms. But Microsoft’s so-called reference designs were meant to inspire the PC makers to greater heights.
It certainly seems to have put a rocket into PC design, which has always lacked the minimalism and pizazz of Apple, but instantly these Surface devices have shown off a cooler-than-Apple appeal. They’re awfully sexy machines.
