AI Skilling
PCQuest
|October 2019
The new age EduTech startups teach the emerging tech concepts in sequence, so that participants can learn and apply the concepts well. Navdeep Sandhu, Instructor & Content Developer, Coding Ninjas, tells more about it
The importance of skilling for beginners in Artificial Intelligence, failing to which might create crisis and bring a period of slump in the Tech industry
Artificial Intelligence is the most sought after skill now-a-days and if we look at the products which have been developed in the recent years, we will be able to comprehend how the introduction of AI has impacted us. Nowadays, developers don’t just create applications, but rather create “Intelligent Products”. For example, there have been a lot of “Q&A” Forums wherein users can share and discuss various topics. With the application of Artificial Intelligence, these discussion forums are now able to recommend questions to the users based on the past activities.
Reading pattern, likes/ dislikes are analysed and users are provided with individual recommendations which provides a personal touch to all the users. Going by the current trends, we can see both the big tech giants and the startups adopting Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in their products and processes to guarantee a much better User Experience. Thus, it becomes necessary for developers to skill themselves with the knowledge and skills to develop “Intelligent” applications.

Bias travels faster than code
Bias in enterprise AI is not a surface issue. It enters through data, features, model training, APIs, and UI logic, then spreads across the stack. The technical response is shifting from audits to architecture, observability, and deployment controls
