How are you doing?

I am the owner of a facilitation company so in March and April all our actual events were cancelled and my financial position went from very healthy to zero income. Fortunately, I have been able to develop interactive virtual events with clients so I have some income and feel less scared. We have got more used to living in isolation. My husband is in the shielding group which effectively means that I have to keep isolated too, although I have gone out for solo rides but only locally and much shorter than usual.

How are you keeping yourself motivated to ride right now?
