MSI Summit E15 ₹1,79,990
Inside the Box
-
Laptop
- 90W charging adapter
Ruggedness has been the hallmark of MSI and recently the company unveiled their new line-up of laptops catering to all segments of professionals starting from essential to hardcore gaming devices. The Summit series is MSI’s feature-rich range in business and productivity segment. Though this is not a specialist photo editing machine, the design and powerful hardware make it worth considering.
Design & Build Quality
The Summit E15 has a lightweight aluminium chassis and is stated to meet MIL-STD810 military standard reliability and durability. With a starting weight of 1.65 kg, the laptop is lightweight for the form factor and size and is available in a single colour of Ink Black. However, it may not be the best to carry around on a safari or trek. The tough metal chassis is reinforced with a polycarbonate frame around the base, which extends to the hinges, preventing any chance of corrosion at the hinges. This makes the hinges extremely smooth even when the lid is opened all the way up to 180 degrees.
