This year, let’s face it, holidays may end up being a little different. Many folks are avoiding big, indoor crowds, meaning there will likely be fewer Thanksgiving and Christmas parties and more small gatherings, with just a few family members and/or close friends. But that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate! Now as the temperatures don’t seem to be easing up just yet, one of our favourite ways to unwind over the upcoming holidays this year can be by mixing up a fancy Thanksgiving cocktail with a delicious holiday dessert.

Pumpkin Pie Martini

Crushed graham crackers rim the glass of this martini that tastes just like the star of your dessert spread: pumpkin pie.

INGREDIENTS:

• Stoli Vanilla (optional to give it kick): 1/2 ounce

• Pumpkin Spice liqueur (such as Hiram Walker): 1 ounce
