Benkovic's Delight At First Celtic Goal

FILIP Benkovic was delighted to open his scoring account for Celtic, the Croatian defender heading home in the first half as the Hoops recorded a comprehensive 5-0 win over Hearts at Paradise.
Benkovic netted after 25 minutes, meeting Callum McGregor’s cross with a powerful header that left Zdenek Zlamal in the Hearts goal with no chance.
Speaking after the game, the 21-year-old said: “I’m very happy with my goal. First of all, I want to put the team first. We attack together and defend together and this is the only way we’re able to achieve these things.
