AK Enterprises Has Designed a Contemporary Yet Minimalistic Office for Kaizer Construction in Kolkata.

Kaizer Construction now boasts of a new office in Kolkata’s Park Circus area. Designed by Amit Maitra and Kallol Baroi of AK Enterprises, the office strikes the perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics. This office spread over an area of 2,845 sq. ft. is deftly segregated into various zones — the reception area, the MD’s cabin with attached toilet, another spacious director’s cabin, the secretary’s cabin, five executive cabins, a meeting room, a conference room, workstation area, store, pantry and toilet.

The reception area has a vinyl print of construction imagery, on one of the walls that highlights the company’s profile. The logo behind the reception desk is crafted out of laser-cut MDF and is finished with duco-paint. The reception table is fashioned out of Corian and has a lit-up onyx stone at the base; which imparts an aura of magic in this otherwise minimalistic space. The circular hanging lights over the reception table adds an element of interest. The tiger brown marble flooring lends a `staid solid look’ befitting a construction firm.
