Designed by Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd., This Sumptuous Duplex for Tata Serein Is the First-of-its-kind Wellness Home Project That Is Aesthetically Designed With Minimal Decor.
Tata Housing Group has dedicated its efforts towards providing quality life to the consumers. Taking a step ahead in this direction, Tata has joined hands with US Green Building Council and Green Business Certification Inc. to introduce Tata Serein.
Tata Serein is India’s first-of-its-kind wellness home project that brings a bundle of joy, peace and a feeling of living close to nature. This project designed by renowned firm Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd., aims at providing wellness experience by incorporating natural elements and relaxing ambience.
Spread across an area of 1 million sq. ft., and situated in Thane’s Pokhran Road no.2, the project consists of 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments and duplex. With wellness as its theme, it provides outdoor living spaces, which are designed exclusively for users to immerse themselves in nature’s elements.
