Good design and communication was key to Greyson Tan’s comprehensive handling of this design and project.

Working with family is generally considered to be a bad idea but for Greyson Tan. His design firm BR Concept (M) Sdn Bhd is gradually gaining momentum, most notably due to his clear vision and effective communication with client and suppliers.

Located in Ara Damansara with a generous 1,800 sqft of space, this condominium belonged to Tan’s relative. Tan shares that: “The project started in December 2018. The design and building process took about a half a year in all. The client, my relative, was looking for someone trustworthy to help her, so when we met at a family gathering, she asked for some suggestion and design ideas. After a few rounds of discussion, I prepared a design presentation and she decided to award this to our company. We took it from quite an ordinary looking apartment to something much more interesting after we finished.”
