Aisling, Phil and their five-year-old daughter, Elsebeth’s brand new home is a totally different style to what they had originally considered. ‘Our house is a new build in a lovely development in Belfast. We were about to buy a period property, which needed tonnes of work and I got cold feet. We’d been thinking about buying in this development for about six months at that stage because, although I love old houses, I don’t love the problems that can sometimes come with them,’ explains Aisling.
