About me

I’m the Proprietor of Gharpure Associates and the Chairman of Gharpure Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd, Industrial Polyclinic (I) Pvt Ltd and Gharpure Laboratories Pvt Ltd. I’m founder President of Technology Transfer Association and the Founder Chairman of Voluntary Executives Forum of India. I’m currently the President of Marathi Vidnyan Parishad, Pune Vibhag.

The journey so far ...

I’m a voracious reader and have published three books and around 400 articles. My hobbies include reading, and travelling. I have visited over 50 countries. I was Managing Director of State owned PSU before starting my own business in 1985. My work requires me to travel abroad extensively. I have also had the privilege of representing India in the second UNIDO conference held at Budapest in Hungary.

I was diagnosed with Diabetes at the age of 58 years but continue to lead an active life, including running four companies. I would routinely undergo medical tests and was diagnosed with Diabetes during one such routine health check-up.
