Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Contracting and releasing individual muscle groups prompts physical and mental relaxation.
TRY IT: Beginning with your feet, tighten the muscles and hold for up to 10 seconds, then release and relax for 20 seconds. Repeat with each muscle group throughout the body.
