GLOBE can now reveal blockbuster evidence points to the killer as Keith Schwinaman, 52, who’s serving a 32-year sentence in Colorado’s Crowley County Correctional Facility for three attacks on women that are spookily similar to the circumstances surrounding JonBenet’s Dec. 25, 1996, sex slaying.

Sicko pedophile John Mark Karr, who previously falsely confessed to the murder, now insists he can identify the killer because he was with him that night, but covered his tracks by staging the crime scene!

“I was with her when she died,” says the 52-year-old creep. “But I was not the one who caused it.” However, he stops short of fingering Schwinaman.

In another cruel twist, Schwinaman can never be brought to justice for the blond tyke’s murder. As GLOBE revealed in a June 19 cover story, Schwinaman, whose name was withheld in the article pending further investigation, cut a plea deal that guarantees he won’t be prosecuted for JonBenet’s death.
