The bisexual bombshell has lobbed a new grenade — describing how “monster” Johnny yanked her by the hair and smacked her around like a punching bag in an explosive leaked video.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star fired back, with his rep blasting Amber’s charges as a “hoax,” but insiders tell GLOBE the ugly back-and-forth could ruin his career for good!

“Before this, Johnny did a very convincing job of telling people that he never laid a finger on Amber and it was actually her who beat him up,” says an insider.
