“We Will Reach Out To Consumers Through Social Media Apps”

Tell us about the product portfolio?

We understand that there is a major gap between controlling your appliances at home. So we started with controlling air conditioners, your lights, what we do is we have a simple device which sits behind your switch board and lets you control all of this from your smart phone. We need only 15 minutes for installation by a regular electrician. This is our biggest advantage unlike other competitors our system is installed by a regular electrician. Let’s say there are across 18 cities we just shift the products from here, arrange for a regular electrician to install the instrument and its up and running.

Who are your investors & how much was invested?

Nilesh Jain he was the first guy to invest into us, and even he was the platform to begin our work. His background is to manufacture. He manufactures for Schneider and LNT and he has been in the field for past 45 years. That was the major align, together we could do much better in to this space so that’s how it began. The initial investment was 75 lakhs , but you’ll keep it undisclosed.

What is the channel through which you are selling?

We recently did a sale for 2,700 only per device. There was a slight restriction with one email ID just one device. We have a dealership network across 18 cities. So it is just a push in to the market . We have got one of the big names like CN marketing in Kerala.

Across this network is there a retail or one can purchase the products online?

Bias travels faster than code

Bias in enterprise AI is not a surface issue. It enters through data, features, model training, APIs, and UI logic, then spreads across the stack. The technical response is shifting from audits to architecture, observability, and deployment controls
