Nearly seven years ago, former wild child Prince Harry partied in Sin City, playing strip billiards with a bevy of women in a suite at the Wynn Resort and sharing a few moments of passion with an English-born dominatrix named Carrie Royale, who claims she bedded the charming British redhead. “It was really hot,” she recalled last year of their encounter in the hotel’s bedroom. “He’s a good kisser. Star has exclusively obtained a copy of a letter Carrie mailed to the American former Suits star, 37, warning her that he’ll likely cheat if the newly minted princess doesn’t make him her No. 1 priority. “You’re much too busy to tend to your man like you need to, and that can only lead to Prince Harry straying from you for affection,” wrote Carrie, who also revealed that Harry, 34, “told me he loved me” back in 2012. Carrie says in the letter that her motivation for sending the missive stems from genuine concern — but the handwritten note is doing nothing but causing turmoil for the royal family. Harry’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, “was furious when the Vegas scandal originally broke, and was hoping it would be forgotten about over time,” says our source. “But this letter gives it new life.” Meanwhile, Meghan is most likely stewing over the showdown: One of her husband’s former flings is back! According to one royal whistleblower: “Meghan would definitely be pissed.”
