Rebel's Court Battle

When a series of articles broke in the Australian press in May 2015 casting doubt on Rebel Wilson’s name, age and other colorful details about her background, the Pitch Perfect star tweeted, “OMG I’m actually a 100 year old mermaid...”

But the jokes soon subsided, and now the actress is in a Melbourne court suing a publisher for allegedly painting her as a “serial liar” and causing her to lose work.
