SANDRA BULLOCK’S shutterbug beau, Bryan Randall, is struggling to clean up his shady past so he can adopt her two kids, sources said.

According to insiders, the reformed bad boy has filed an application to “set aside” over a dozen charges — clearing the way to make him a daddy to Louis, 10, and Laila, 8.

“Bryan has done the work getting clean and proved himself to be an amazing father figure for Sandy’s kids. Now he’d love to make it official,” a source revealed.

“But adoption agencies do serious background checks, and he’s had many run-ins with the law that he has to clean up.”
