WORKAHOLIC Ryan Seacrest is suffering from an incurable disease, according to insiders — and it’s not only sapping his strength, but it may also end his career!

Sources exclusively told The National ENQUIRER that Ryan, 45, has been hit with myalgic encephalomyelitis, or chronic fatigue syndrome — and it’s left the host of “American Idol” and “Live with Kelly & Ryan” barely able to get out of bed!

Ryan is normally so dedicated that when he took an unexpected day off on May 18, his co-workers flipped out!

“It was a last-minute thing and there was a sense of panic when we were told that Ryan couldn’t make it that morning,” a staffer said. “He NEVER takes off!”
