Sam, you look amazing! How do you like to stay healthy?

Thank you so much! It took me a while to commit to working out, but once I started to feel the great benefits, I really loved it. I work out three times a week and try to eat as clean as possible.

Do you have any workouts you prefer over others?

I do enjoy circuit training. Even though it’s hard, it’s fun to keep it moving.
