Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are gearing up for what could be the ugliest court battle in Hollywood history after the actress alleged in court documents that her ex-hubby owes more than half a million dollars in child support for their daughters Sam, 15, and Lola, 14.

However, an outraged Charlie, 54, insists, “D and her legal posse traffic only in fiction – my day in court is painfully overdue. She is behaving like a coward and the truth will prevail.”

After Denise left Charlie – who was once the highest-paid man on TV – in 2005 while pregnant with Lola, he had to pay her $80,000 a month in support of their girls.
