8 DAYS: You shot to fame in 2013 in the Malaysian singing contest, Akademi Fantasia, where you came in sixth. Do you think you’ll ace My Squad Is Better Than Yours?
AISYAH AZIZ: My Squad Is Better Than Yours is a whole different ballgame. I have to decide what to sing and wear and [the kind of props to use] together with my teammates Tosh Zhang, InchChua and Tay Kewei. I didn’t know them before this — but I recognise Tosh from the Ah Boys to Men movies — and they didn’t know me either.
You’ve been based in KL for three years now. How often do you come back to Singapore?
